In 2020, FleetVision was founded by Khurshid Shadmanov alongside co-owners Islom and Ikrom Aminov. The Aminov brothers spent years behind the wheel as over-the-road truck drivers, while Khurshid ran day-to-day operations as an Operational Manager at a trucking company. They combined their hands-on experience and launched TT ELD — the company known today as FleetVision Inc.
That founding story is still our biggest advantage. We've sat in the driver's seat, managed the loads, and felt the gut-punch of a surprise audit. We know exactly how a single paperwork mistake can put a hard-working carrier out of business — because we've lived the same pressures our clients face every day.

Before founding FleetVision, Khurshid spent years as an Operational Manager inside a trucking company — running dispatch, compliance, and day-to-day fleet operations. He started the company to give every carrier the same operational discipline that keeps fleets safe and audit-ready.
Islom Aminov
A former over-the-road truck driver, Islom understands HOS rules, ELDs, and roadside inspections from the driver's seat. He makes sure everything we build actually works for the people behind the wheel.
Ikrom Aminov
Islom's brother and a former truck driver himself, Ikrom brings frontline carrier experience to every part of our service — from onboarding to compliance support — keeping FleetVision grounded in what carriers truly need.
